Compensation claim under land acquisition Act 2013

12-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
We filed a case in DM's court for compensation under Fair compensation in Land Acquisition Act 2013. We were given 18 dates where we attended all.On 25.5.2017 we were told that file was missing. later on we were told that he case was dismissed on 17.11.2017 because of non appearance. On 17.11.2017 case was not even listed. It was listed on 24.11.2017 on that date we attended and the next date was given was 28.12.2017. It is strange that the case was dismissed on the day it was not listed and after dismissal court continued to give 4 more dates. What is to be done ??

Dear Sir,

Please file an inspection letter and inspect the files for the previous orders. Secondly file for certified copy as well of the orders. If the case of dismissed for non-prosecution then the dates cannot be fixed. if the dates are been given then the matter is pending and has not been dismissed. Please check the court records for clarification
