Company not paying compensation according to scheme

19-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
My late wife was working with a company called GACL. It's a Semi Govt. company. They have a scheme called "Employers Contribution One Day Salary Fund" which is given to the family in case employee expires in the service period. Which the company is not ready to pay. Have got a succession certificate to claim this amount in Sept 2011, since the company is denying to pay the amount. I have paid a big amount to court for the stamp paper fees. Please suggest what to do?

After getting a succession certificate, if the company denying to giving a amount under a scheme then you have to file execution petition against company for claiming amount in proper court, but said amount should be mention in your succession certificate.
