College faculty harassing for not attending classes what can be done

Recently I've given my third and fourth semester examinations,SY-BCOM(bachelors of commerce). In the third semerter the teachers are refusing to give me a project topic of 2 subjects which I need to pass the year, my attendance is low. My externals are clear and only there are 2 projects are left due to me not passing 2 internal 25 mark exams. The college is affiliated with Mumbai university. The teachers and staff are extremely rude to students, it's like they contradict everything I say and have only 1 answer that 'you didn't attend'. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had to submit just a project and being denied due to low attendance. What can be done? The teachers can give me the project but are always in a frustrated mood and remove it on the students.
