College denying admission can I take legal action

20-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hello Sir I applied for LIBA College for the PGDM programme and paid the application fee too. Now when the cut off list came their criteria for cat percentile in general quota was 75% and I got 77 yet I was not given the call. On calling them they didn't entertain it. Mailing them didn't help either. Also my academic profile made me an eligible person to fetch the call. I would like to know how can I move further with my process ?

Yes, you can. Not only do you have Right To Education the constitution also entitles you to a full life under Article 21. Please petition the High Court of the State where this University refused to teach you. In order to develop your personality you need this education and no authority can refuse you if you also possess proof of denial. All the court needs is for you to prove that your personal liberty was violated without due process of law. If a State and university notifies rules that refuse education to a select few and offer the same to others, the process of such rejection and selection is illegal.
