Clarification on selection procedure if error done by college

M from jammu.....i got selected in jk set but my roll number was not in the selectes list.....after 2 nd half year they gv a list of revised result in which my roll no was added.....State psc cut off date for Asst prof form was 2nd july nd our revised result cm late....we went to honourable court for justice that its not our mistake but kashmir university's mistake for adding our roll no in the revised list....but we should get the retrospective effect as our batchmates gv the interview .....we too gv the interview by the direction of court but now the result is witheld....our case is at verge of completion....but the objection filed by psc is that supreme court hs gvn a ruling that no one will get relief after cut off...plz help me by gvng a point such that we students must not suffer nd we should get one time exceptional justice
