Clarification on OBC quota after father's death

I belong to OBC category. My father was a lecturer in Muslim religious minority government aided college. He retired in 2002. Now he is no more. Is my father Group A or class I servant? Can i get OBC NCL certificate? Please clarify.... Thank u

After your father's demise, the income of your mother will be taken into consideration. And if her income is less then Rs.4.5 Lacs per annum then you are eligible to apply for the OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
