Clarification on OBC-NCL eligibility

06-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir, I belong to OBC category. I joined a private sector job in 2015, and my income for last 3 financial years has been 40000, 2.5 lakks, 4 lakhs respectively. My father is state government employee as a teacher in government middle school with pay scale of 9300 (started job at the age of 51 and now he is 56 years old), and my mother is also state government employee as a teacher in government primary school with pay scale of 4200 (since last 2 years). I want to know if I am eligible for OBC-NCL category. If I am eligible how much annual income can I quote to get the OBC-NCL certificate.

For OBC creamy layer certificate your family income not more than 5lakh.
It includes your parents income only not your.
Your mother and father both are government employees and yearly income more than 5lakh so you will not entitled for this.
