Clarification on LIC Tamil Nadu HC judgement

I worked as typist inIDAR branch (858). for 85 days. from 23/7/1984 to 15/10/1984. I apply for permenent job in lic against TAMILNADU HIGH COURT. I am applicable forthis. if no what can i di. pl.give me sugession
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
