Slum clearance board land around 600sqf allotted to a lady. She had 2 sons .in the year 2005 she died and after 3 months her first son also died in an accident.first sons wife has 2 children.after the death of her husband she gave noc to the share of her husband property for that she demanded 7 lakhs .4lahks she bought in hand and said to his brother in law that she will continue to stay in the premises without paying rent.whenever you need the land UI will go out and you give balance money.in the mean timebaswd on the noc from the 1st sons wife,in the total land 2/3was transferred in the name of second son.and 1/3 in the name of the lady's husband.Father also done settlement of his portion in the name of his 2nd son.all EB and drainage connections are all in the name of 2nd son.now the first daughter in law demanding 1/2 of the property in her name and filed a case in high court chennai.now she added slum board aslo one of the respondent to the case.if nobody replied from slum board

Dear sir/ mam you can file a suit for declaration in the jurisdictional civil court, and you are required to show all the proofs of the transaction which took place between you and your sister-in-law. Also, you can contest the said case which she has filed.
