Civil injunction suit filled by petitioner with false affidavit

21-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
I had compromised FIR on 27-June for misappropriation of amount against "Y,B,C" but one the same day i had entered into agreement with "A,B,C" for paying 60 Lakhs towards purchase of some technical document with mutual consent and sound mind. The facts are "A" is the legal mother of "B,C" but on Sep "Y,B,C" has filled injunction suit that has been written with mutual consent and sound mind stating that "Y" is the legal mother for "B,c" and the agreement written on 27-June was got signed through creating acute fear in the minds of "Y,B,C" as well as "Y" is using some suit filled by "A" that has been filled against my family members by stating that "B,C" are residing in abroad for their higher education. The present situation is that an FIR has been registered against "A,B,C" for committing cyber crime with mutual consent based on the available evidences with me under 420,IPC and 66(D) of IT Act as well as till today on behalf of "Y" lawyer is attending the court as representative.

Hi
A compromise agreement and subsequent agreement thereof cannot be challenged in the court on the grounds of lack of free consent and will of the parties.
Also need to see the charge sheet of your case, to know the grounds on which lack of free consent is alleged.
