Civil appeal going on in SC how to fast track the hearings

our case is admitted to supreme court in 2008 civil apppeal service matter.NOw it is in the weekly list.It is in the weekly list past 5month but not moving ahead and hearing is not happened yet.IS it possible to give early hearing proposal to court while it is in weekly list

You can make an application and mention the matter before the bench stating that the appeal is filed in 2008 and even when the matter is on weekly board it is not reaching for hearing. The Hon'ble Judge may fix the matter on a certain date and time.
