I knew a person using fake degree certificate for jobs I kindly want to know will he be punished for that .
Yes, if you have valid and sufficient proof to prove that, the person is using g fake documents for getting job. You can definitely proceed legally against him. And you can also take necessary action.

You can complain to his employer (if it is a private employment) or to the vigilance department in case it is a public sector/ government employment.
