Central obc non creamy layer criteria

Sir I am an upsc aspirant and I belong to obc category.my parents are class 3 govt employees and their annual income is more than 6k with no other source of income.I fall in creamy layer in my state . Is there any exemption for such case to fit in central obc non creamy layer . Do I fall in these bracket.
Whether you fall in the creamy layer or not it does not matter. If you come under any of the reserved category you can get the benefit. For the purpose of getting the benefit you need to obtain necessary certificate from the concerned authority.

Hi, For categorisation of Segment of community every state has its own code, in your case can guide you if you give the details of your state where you are currently put up.
One more thing need to consider here that state done the segmentation of SC, ST, OBC communities as per people castes etc.

Hello dear, as per the OBC reservation rules you cant avail the OBC reservation benefits because your family income is more then 6 lakh and you fall in the creamy layer as per your information, but we can try any other option if you share your details with me,
