Case pending since two years not ready to compromise

I Am student and middle class it is a very small case but I can't because I am staying now banglore hostel but our case is shimoga court...I am not scared but I don't have to time to go there ..if I have exams or any important in my studies Plz suggest me ..case is our nigbour Gave complete on me and my parents... The case is fake ...it is not a true ..already two years is completed. I ask them Plz...compromise with me..they not ready to compromise also..if they are compromise I give to them 20k..so my mind is block.. I want to talk to judge its correct or not I don't know Plz.
You can come to a compromise with the other party. If the other party is not ready for compromise then you need to defend yourself in the case filed against you. You cannot get in touch with the judge personally to discuss your case.
