This pending queries do not relate to any court problem hence u r advised to study since u r a student. The word disposal is a horrible word to emphasize in the evaluation of public justice. It is the antithesis of decision of considered judgment. If this concept of disposal unthouthfully becomes the norms, then it will bring in a syndrome of disposing of cases rather than dispensing justice.
