Can we take future date from court if present date is not suitable
30-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
the first appellate authority fixed a date on 26/8/2016 we requested to adjourn the date and fix any other date but no reply received.what to do now.
About which appellate authority you are asking? And secondly to date fixing is sole jurisdiction of court, we just can request the court or authority. You should be in touch of daily dairy of court to know the next date fixed

Basically Hon`ble court in India use to work upon a concept which provide an opportunity to be heard to the opponent. Where it is expected from the respondent to encash the opportunity to putfoarth the points overwhich it may deem feel fit to win the case and if this lost then for the next chance circumstances has to understand for the reason of delay.
