To start the process you will have to file petition for probate of the will. These guidelines can vary state by state. However, generally, the first step is to file the decedent’s will in the probate court in the county of his or her domicile. You will also need to file your appointment as executor with the probate court. The final step of the petition process is to have the will proved.

Yes you are entitled to go for appeal but from here, telling you grounds would be more absurd. Read the order first and see on what grounds your case has been dismissed. See, if you can counter that argument in appeal with your evidence in hand. If you can, then definitely go for appeal. It must be High Court. A lot depends on kind of lawyer you have engaged. if you are getting good property from Bhua ji, then invest in hiring Sr. Advocate. This will pay you off rather than ending empty hand.
