Can the complaint be lodged against PF officer and commissioner

Please tell me more about this matter so proper guidance could be provided to you in this case. Since a lot of things need to be known so proper steps could be provided as a corrective action for the same.

Tou can file complaint on their website i.e. epfigms.gov.in. on this site there is section "Register grievance". You can raise your complaint here. OR you can file RTI query regarding your claim with assigned RTI officer in EPF office.

yes you can lodge complaints against PF officer and commissioner through Consumer forum section 53.But first you send him register notice through Advocate .After 30 days you can file a complaint in forum , any quiry ms me

Hi you file complaint against of officer and commissioner but before that you have see what crime they had made accordingly your case will be registered at respective place only because your file is pending you can't file complaint. Collect some documents through RTI Application ask for reasons for delay.

I would request to give proper facts in Ur query.e.g where dey hv submitted false information,if it is in some court proceeding Den presiding judge in d matter can take suo motto or on Ur application action against dem for submitting false and misleading information.however u should be able to prove it vd documentory or other evidence.i would appreciate u submit Ur query in detail to enable me to ans it.
