Can Society Make Decisions without Registration?

Can Society Make Decisions without Registration?. Our society is not registered, however the current managing committee makes a lot of decisions without the consent of all the members. Are all the society members bound to these decisions?
No, unless and until the Society is registered as per the provisions of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, the committee cannot be formed and if the managing committee itself is not formed then they cannot take any decisions. For more details call on my number.
