please know that your question is half hearted. you must reveal the cause of action to seek temporary injunction against the tenant. you must also make known at to how the contract of tenancy entered into between has been breached. Yes, to little extent. Instead you go for terminating the tenancy itself. Usually tenant cannot get any injunction against the landlord and he cannot restrain you from entering your own house. You need not go for temporary injunction but there are some other ways by which you can restrain your tenant from entering into premises. Rest in person.
