Yes, to little extent. Instead you go for terminating the tenancy itself. Usually tenant cannot get any injunction against the landlord and he cannot restrain you from entering your own house. You need not go for temporary injunction but there are some other ways by which you can restrain your tenant from entering into premises. Rest in person.
