Can my wife or my son can claims on my mom's property?

02-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
My mom is the owner of all properties and my son is only one year old. And my wife is living with my son in her own family not in-laws family, means separate with me. Can my wife claims on my mom's property for my son? Will my son has any right to take my mom's property in future? If my mom gives gift all properties to anyone, So my son can claim on that property in future?

First of all, it is relevant to know that the whether the property owned by your mom is her self acquired or transfer from your dad, if that property is transferred from you dad your son has the right to claim that property and if he is minor your wife can be his Guardian for the suit. Also is that property is made by your mother's earning your son has the first right on that property after you.
