Can I sue RBI for demonetisation

I am looking for possibility to sue RBI. I am Akash Pandya student and unknowingly I still have 22000 of old currency note and regarding that I wrote few emails and try to contact them. The amount also I have mention in email, with will to testify on extreme to give lie detector test but everything goes in vain. I know the PM of country assure the people that people who failed to deposit the money will be given a chance to submit again and I would like to add that I am not rich person and I cannot loose the amount for that I am ready to sue RBI. Please take me seriously.
