Can I object if a person parks his car in front of my premises

24-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
A neighbor of my area parked his pvt. vehicle in front of my entrance gate despite knowing it will create a problem. I am having a residence cum warehouse premises. I told him not to park but he didn't listen. Then I make a complaint to police and he(neighbor) came to know that because complaint medium was through facebook. After that he don't park during 8 am-11 pm but Sharply at 11 pm he again park the vehicle. As mentioned above I am having warehouse in my premises, sometimes goods (cargo) arrive in the early morning for unloading. I told him my this problem also but he always neglect what I am saying. What to do in this case situation?

Dear client, give your neighbour an advocate's letter and then file a court case in a civil court seeking injunction and restraining him from parking his private vehicle at 11 pm. Seeking police action will not help in this matter as this is purely a civil matter and not a criminal offence.

Write a written complaint to the local police station and thereafter lapse 24 hours file an application under section 144 of the code of criminal procedure against the said person ur problem will be resolved.

Sir,
First you file an application under section 144(2) of Crpc before Executive Magistrate and there after get a Civil Injunction and even though if he doesn't mends his ways then ask for police help from Court under section 151 of CPC alongwith this file a petition for punishment for contempt Of Court's order. I am sure that this will be enough to get your problems resolved but keep it in my mind.
And you can also claim damages from him if there is loss of time and business to you due to his conducts.

MY OPINION THAT if have ample scope / guide to save yourself from that very problem /problems, you have the laws of violation of peace & public harassment , you have the law/laws to obstruct you in the common path, you have multiple ways to get positive result/results.
