Can i marry woman who is already married and not divorced yet?

M in love wid a woman and she also loves me but she is married has 2 kids and m unmarried.She is not happy wid her married life and her husband is not giving her divorce.i wan to get married to her n m ready to accept her daughter also.so how can i marry her wid out her divorce.plzzz advice me m from mumbai
No you cannot marry a lady who is already married. The women has to take divorce before she can marry you. If you marry her without getting divorce you are calling for big trouble for both of you. She will be liable under section 494 and you can be prosecuted under section 497 and 498 of IPC.

No, you cannot. The woman will have to get divorced by filing a petition in family court. Marrying a woman during subsistence of previous marriage is an offence. You as well as the woman can be tried and can be convicted.
