Can I legally pursue two courses simultaneously

Sir, I enrolled in BTC IN 2013 and same year i enrolled in BA regular mode. I obtained BTC degree in jan 2015 and BA degree in july 2015. 1 Are both these degree valid 2 if not what can i do now 3 As we ask UGC in this matter UGC said they did not make any rules regarding diploma and degree simultaneously

Thank you for your email. I think the first thing you need to check is if either of the courses was a regular one which required certain minimum attendance requirements. If such attendance requirements have been prescribed for both the courses then it will be difficult for you to justify how you were able to handle both courses at the same time. You can not pursue same level courses from same university however you can pursue from two different universities. UGC has not yet made any restrictions on this. Feel free to contact me for any further assistance.
