Can i file case against boyfriend if he is refusing to marry me

I need a suggestion that my boyfriend used me by physically and he said that he will marry to me and i have proofs also like chats or pitures.. Now he is talking to me but not committing anything about marriage.. I dont want to let him go after destroying me physically or mentally.. Us there any law can i file a case against him.
If you have sufficient proof as your boyfriend has used you misguiding you and having malifide intention then you must take shelter of court. But you have burden of proof before LD court in the connection of case .

Yes. Ob course, You can have right to lodged a written Complaint against such boy friend before the nearest Police Station and after receiving the same, the Police can started a Non-bailable Case against him.

Yes you can file a case against him cause he used to you physically . You file a criminal case for physical abused and also mentally harassment. At first you lodged a complaint against that person in your local police station .
