If I want to lodge an application of interim relief once again as I have withdrawn it earlier...can I do this or there is something wrong in doing this?

Depending upon the merits of the case an interim relief may be applied. However, I would like to have more information on this matter. Do check my mail in sometime and let's take it from there so we get to a closure. Hence, please find my email and act accordingly.

First aspect to look is that there has to be change in the situation which prevailed while preferring the first application. On any subsequent development, u can file a fresh application for interim relief. If filing interim for same relief on same ground again- u need liberty from the court while withdrawing the application preferred earlier.
