Unfortunately in this regard the Hon'ble High Court will not declare the false death certificate prepared by the opposite party to be false. High Court is a court of law and therefore, i am of the opinion that you shall file a declaration suit before learned Civil Court. Otherwise there is no barred on filing of writ petition in this regard but the same may not be entertained and you will waste time and money. Therefore, you must avail proper remedy.

Answer of Query Response (41776) first you lodge the first information report in police station against said false face and made false document, and than you fight the case of SDO court, and file the case cancellation of death certificate
