Can I appeal against ADJ court judgement of 2012?

I'm a Hindu.my case was disposed off by adj,Bhopal in 2012,but I couldn't manage appeal in high court,Jabalpur due to financial crisis because of my wife's cancer. What can i do now,sir.

आपने दावे के सम्बन्ध मेंं पूरी जानकारी नहींं दी है कि आपका दावा किस विषय से सम्बन्धित था और पारित डिक्री का क्रियान्वयन की क्या स्थिति है। फिर भी आप एक प्रयास कर सकतेंं है यदि आप न्यायालय के समक्ष जो भी अपील मेंं बिलम्ब हुआ है वह जिन कारणोंं से हुआ है और आपने जिन कारणोंं का उल्लेख प्रश्न मे किया है उनका साक्ष्य माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष म्याद अधिनियम 1963 की धारा 5 के तहत अपील के साथ आवेदन प्रस्तुत करेंं। न्यायालय उस आवेदन पर विचार कर सकता है।

Sir u didn't show what ur matter which is decided by ADJ court. Why do u want a appeal.
U can file a appeal before the HC with a application of section 5 Limitation act with own affidavit.pls describe ur all circumstances in the application & affidavit.

Truely speaking your are out of time now, but sometimes because of guinine reason the court may admit the appeal. You do have a proper cause for such delay. You must give it a try if court admits it then you can fight for it, but without trying you will loose already.
