Can govt job be hampered if case under section 151 filed

Sir Mera nam Deepak Hai.or kal muj pr dhara151 lgai gyi or muje than me 5 hours tak roka gya .Fir Meri jamanat ho gyi . Court ka chalan nhi kta Hai. Sir ye batane ki kirpa kre ki es dhara ke Karan agar Mera no govt job me aata Hai to koi problem to nhi hogi police verification me future me. Police verification me koi problem to nhi hogi yadi Meri job govt service me lgti Hai to???? Please help me sir and suggest right news....I hope you help me
No merely just because a case is registered against you under sec 151 you are not going to be barred for a Govt job but you have to provide details of this pending case for applying or joining a govt job, but you should provide details of this case if asked at the time of applying or joining the govt job as suppression or concealment of this vital information is more serious offence than the offence under sec 151.
