Can commercial license be driven without commercial license?

Can I drive my commercial vehicle with my regular licence? It's not for commercial purpose. Me and my family are going for trip to mumbai to jaipur and I need to drive vehicle.
There is nothing called Commercial license license is license and vehicle driving license of ,4 wheeler LMV HMV etc they don't have separate category of commercial and non commercial .hence you can drive you vihicle with your and not passengers , family

no there is no provision
you can drive but in non commercial vehicle i.e. white plate vehicle
if you are drive safely but unconditionally your vehicle is an accidentally involved it means that no claims is given by you and your family
and there is a crime for non permitted vehicle you are drive it means that traffic police charged you or seized the vehicle for want of this reason.
please do not oversmart yourself.
