Can college not allow to appear in exam due to pending fees

Dear there is no law to restrain the college to not to take the fees or allow you to appear without paying the requisite amount by way of fees. However, you can file representation detailing the reason for non payment before the Principal or the authority concerned and in case they respond through some letter / reply then you can approach to the competent court seeking some time to deposit and for direction against college to allow to appear in the exam.

sir agar callage vale due fees ki vajah se exam form rok sakte hai kya iske koi law nhi hai kya plz btaye koi law ho to mene 60000 Fees de di bs 15000 Baki usme se 3000 to late fees le rhe hai callage vale plz help me my

opinion:

agar college agreed and scheduled fees ke alawa extra fees le raha hai to galat hai. private college hai ya sarkari? Govt.ne ek fees regulatory committee banai hai, usme shikayat hoti hai aur wahin se rok lag sakti hai.
