Can a society file complaint against a women for male visitors

Can society file a police complaint against a wife if There is already Dispute going on between two with regards to a male frend visiting her? Can society file complain if they hv CCTV footages of Male friend coming to wife's home to meet up at day or night? What if they show it's a frequent activity? What could be done if police interrogates? Wife hv already filed dv for problems in the household but not yet received by respondents .
The society has no locus standi in disputes involving husband and wife ,how many members wife have extra martial affairs is none of the business of society unless nuance and touching business of scty

it is totally wrong on part of wife as she is behave immorally anfd unethically if because of conduct of wife it any nuisance is caused to society members then criminal and civil case should be filed against wife
