Can a medical practitioner give opinion online without examination

Resp sir , i want to know whether a medical practioner can give opinion online without direct examination of patients. And can he suggest any treatment to him???

Yes of course a registered medical practitioner can give a opinion but after the opinion he must also state that the opinion is subject to actual examination of the patient the opinion given is only symptomatic one subject to confirmation medicines may be given but they must not cause any harm to the patient also nowadays nobody generally issues medicine without proper prescription please contact your local lawyer for further advice

The medical jurisprudence does not have any legal bar on giving opinions. its only recommended that the opinions must be given only after proper tests. it is for the patients to judge the degree and quality of the opinions given.
