Builder promised to provide brokerage and now denying it

I worked as a marketing agent with a builder and provide 7 nos. of booking in a particular residential project. But the developer is denying and avoiding to pay the brokerage. Is there any solution to get the brokerage from the developer?
Sir, I have perused your query. First of all I want to know whether the builder is a pvt ltd company or sole proprietor or partnership firm. Secondly, if you have any agreement with the broker for payment of brokerage, you can recover your money. Please contact for more details.
