Brother's objecting to electricity connection on my name for our house

hi my english not so good, i belong to a hindu family. we live in a village. we ar 3 brothers and 1 sister. my father died in 2000 . my mother also live now. now few month ago i apply for a new electricity connection. but my brothers have a objection on it. our connection was name in my father. now what can i do now? plz help me....
