Borrowed Bike Got Stolen - who will be held responsible

Am I responsible for the loss or theft and have to pay the amount of stolen bike to my friend? As I parked the motorcycle along with other vehicles parked on the road and it got stolen by unknown persons. I have also locked the motorcycle properly and handed over the key to my friend.
No need to worry.just lodge fir .if vehocle is insured then insurace company will pay the loss.so wait for this.first got copy of fir.chances may be there you can get your bike back with the help of police

No need to worry. The bike must have been covered under Insurance. Just go the nearest branch and register your claim but before that register a police complaint and get the proof from authorities that your bike is stolen.
It is a cumbersome and tedious process but can give results in next 5-9 months. So start as earliest as possible.
