Blank pro note forcefully made to sign by some people in dispute

in a dispute some people have taken a blank pro note signed by me .i complaint to police on this but they have not collected yet,will they can acase aganist me with that ?

If the concerned Police Station had not taken your complaint and not acted upon it then you can give a complaint to the Superintendent of Police of your District.( Now Commissioner if Police in Telangana). First you give a written complaint to SP regarding the incident of how the culprits had taken your sign forcibly on the BPN. Or File a criminal complaint before the Court. If any claims on Promissory Note is raised against you in a Court of Law then you can prove that no consideration had passed under the PN. Do you have any witness or Witnesses to prove that sign on PN is taken forcibly from you? So gather evidence in your side.
