Bank claiming more than the actual loan recovery

Hi. I purchased a property under deed. However, later I came to know that the property is mortgage with co-operative society against loan. It's almost more than 10 years. Now the the society/bank is claiming loan amount from me including compounded interest on loan. Loan amount was 1lakh rupees. And now bank claiming around 10 lakh rupees. What can be done? Thanks in advance.

According to Hindu marriage act 1955, you can file the Case of fraud,, under section 13, and you have options to divorced,, and if you have medical mentally patient that,, is your wife is mentally sick ..
So ,,you can easily be divorced... But you Will have to pay..a definate monthly income for lifetime.... But you have to ,,share 1/3 ( one-third) part of your total income..
