attachment of land in civil suit for money recovery

Hi sir, recently I filled a cheque bounce case in NI Act and I am going to file a civil suit for recovery of money. But accused has a land which is bought with his friend as a joint property. So can I attchment that property to civil suit. Please kindly help me. Regard

yes you need to obtain certified copies of those sale deeds in his name and encumbrance certificate showing the land is mutated in his name and you can obtain attachment in the court but please note the attachment will be affected unless it is properly served upon the party and land
