Atrocity case for abusing

Hi, I want to know if someone who is OBC can file an FIR for Atrocity against other person who belongs to Open caste for giving bad words and saying that the person is not fit to be with Open caste people. Please reply urgently. Regards,
Ofcourse you can file a case under atrocity act but you need to have strong evidence against the person or the case can be fruitless. Please approach your local police station or meet with a senior police office for further details and alternately contact your local lawyer for further details.
