Hi, Last weekend cops arrest me to drink in public place On that manner some nuisance also happens They file the case against Delhi excise act 40 b Please tell me how can I rid from prisoment charge in court What to do so much fearing and shameful moment for me Please help me
It depends from case to case.you haven't told us wether Medical test carried out if yes to what effect.whether their were independent public witness.Have you been given notice of charge.Have moved plea bargaining.

There is a fine of Rs.5000/- for consuming liquor in public place as per new act of Delhi Excise Act, if you creted nuisance after consuming liquor then have to pay Rs.10000/- it is better is accept your mistake
