against increased cost

Sir I have allotted a house through lottery by UIT.They had the conditions that the customer have to submit the whole amount before the possession of the house because from this amount they will make the complete structure of the house.I had deposited the whole amount after the allotment.but now UIT saying because the rate of construction has increased so the customer has to bear the increased amount and after paying this amount they will give the house to us. So Please advice me as this is against the law.

Our supreme court and over high court say once amount deposited in faver of the allotted house .In prusance allotted deposited whole amount than you can not said than now construction amount increase so you can reference amount paid than possession given that your acount fall why allottee safer.your are customers court file agast uit.

when did they asked you the whole amount. and when did you pay to him that is also to be intimated. if they now asking from you than it is breach of contract. you can take help of court. you have performed your duty now he has to perform his part

show me the copy of allotment letter. UIT cannot take increased cost of construction, if they have already accepted the full cost after allotment. You can file writ petition before the high court. For further details contact us.
