Activa ( Scooty ) confiscated. Won't be able to pay fine on time

My activa has been confiscated by the cops for riding without a helmet, insurance,DL, against one way and rah driving. Thy have also added owner to be prosecuted in the ticket that they issued me. My final date of payment to the court is on 28/10/2016. But the thing is I don't have that much money on me right now. So my question to you was, can I shift the date to the 1st of next month ? If yes, are there going to be a lot of complications in doing so ? Also, the lawyer I met at the court asked me to pay ₹3700. Is the fine amount correct ?
You need to appear before the court. Request the court to reduce your fine and also request for a date of the court does not reduce the fine. no there should not be any complication in such matters. the lawyers fee differs from lawyer to lawyer.
