A person has Illegaly acquired extra space for parking in the colony

18-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi, I am having parking issues in my colony. One Person owns three cars and a tempo & Two Junk Scooters. All the mess is created by him. 1st Car- Hasn't Moved since two years and parked inside the colony. 2nd Car- Rarely Moves. Parked near the gate of colony. 3rd Car - Moves daily but then he park his Two Junk Scooters(which is solely used to occupy parking space and hasn't run since ages and in a very bad state) at this place when he goes out and claims that it is his parking space. Can we do anything about this? 4th Tempo- Although it is parked near the gate of the colony. But how can he park commercial vehicle in residential areas? Also he runs his business inside the colony from one of basements of a building. Trucks come daily in our colony for loading and unloading material. Is this allowed? Can we call MCD Committee in this case? Please help me in this. Thank You.
