16 years old parents not allowing to travel alone

Hey I'm from India my parents don't allow me to go Mumbai tohang out with my frnds they just make me stuck in this house if I go out they force me a lot and disturbe my friends too and there are also some property issues related to me they even beat me alot I just what to go. Out. Which they don't allow me is the is a ligal way to go plzz help me plzz

You should talk to your parents and ask them to sort it out in the presence of a lawyer . All the property issues can be settled through a family agreement and privacy issues can be taken care of by a counseller

There is no legal provision until you turn 18. However, if they deny you basic amenities such as education, food, water, shelter, that would be something you can go for. As of now, from the situation, I would say that since they are your natural guardians, you may not be in any legal position to do so. However, in respect of your property issue, you shall need to discuss the same with me in detail as to in which context your property is under issue. Property belonging to minor, the natural guardians are the owners till you attain the age of 18 years.

Hi! Juvenile justice system in India is really rough.Till you are 18 you are really your Parent's responsibility.There is precious little that can be done.If however you are constantly abused verbally or physically we can take the help of administration.Please feel free to get in touch with us.
