Will I get Child custody and child support if I am working woman

I am a working woman. Seeking divorce from my husband. I have 3 years old son. And I am seeking child custody and child support. If iam working will I be able to get both.
Definitely you can get the child custody. First let me know whether you have filed the divorce case or you are planning to do so n next from what time period you both are living seperately n what u are doing presently. Because if u show that u r earing lady then ull not b able to claim maintenance from your husband but in regard to your child custody u can get it easily as courts are of opinion that a child till the age of 5 should be in female custody. Mam certainly you have a legal right to claim maintainance for your minor child ... Since you are working you may not get the maintainance but the child will .. As per the custody is concerned , seeing the age of child you have a greater chance of getting the custody
