Wife is not staying with me how can i get my child's custody

I am Sujeet Shrivastava, HINDU from Shahdol, MP. I am married for last 4 years and my child is 3 years old. My wife asks me to leave my parents. My father is having dialysis for last 2 years and is 63 years old and my mother is 60 years old. I want to maintain relationship with both my parents and my wife, but she is not helping me in this matter. For last 4 years, my wife never stayed in my house for continuous 30 days. She stays in my house for 10 days and then stays in her home for 50 days and its going on for last 4 years. She demands more than I earn and regularly do this. Her parents also supporting her in this matter. My son child is 3 years old and this year he starts his nursery, she don't allow my son to get admitted in school where I am living and working. I want custody of my child as I love my child so much, but for last 3 years, he is not able to stay with for continuous 30 days due to his mother. I want custody of my child, please advice me. We are not divorced.
