What is procedure to file custody case

My divorce case is going on (Bangalore family court). During the mediation, she tried to file 498A to stop my visitation. Now I can't see my baby for the last 1 year as she has relocated to West Bengal. I need to take custody of my baby as I know she wont take care my baby properly. Previously there are several same incidents happened. My wife is working and there is no one to take care my baby at her home.
Look, If the age of the baby is below 5 years, Mother Custody is the best Custody. then you did not take his/her custody. But if baby is above this age limit, you can claim his/her custody from the competent court. You can file petition before the Ld. Court where baby presently resides with his/her mother.

If you are hindu in religion then you can file a petition for custody of your child before the court under the Guardian and Wards Act 1980. After hearing if court thinks fit then the court can pass the order for visitation of your child.
