Hi I belong to a sunni muslim family I did love marriage nd I have a baby boy 6mnth old since I got married he changed a lot all d promises were fake now we r fighting so much nd he z using very vulgar words to me nd treating me as Im no more in his lyf nd for small small topics he beated me so I left d house along WID my baby now I'm staying WID my elder sis in Mumbai.. So I want to knw wt z the procedure to keep d baby WID me forever nd how can I take divorce WID him as my parents r not supporting me so i want even maintenance frm my husb plz suggest me...
You can file a complaint in womens cell regarding your husband beating you. You can also file a case of domestic violence and maintenance against your husband. It is your lawful right to claim maintenance along with your kid. The court will order for maintenance accordingly.
